Spin fixes
Chase down the spins that went missing
Most players fear their spins were taken unfairly; the cause is usually one of seven small things.
Did the game refresh before you looked?
If the reward was added while the slot stayed open, the counter can lag. Close the game entirely, log out, then open the slot again and look at the spin balance.
Other slots instead of the named one
Spins of an offer live in the named slot alone, so a spin played elsewhere stays untouched. Switch to Aztec Magic or the slot written in your bonus entry.
Confirm the country on your profile
Offers are tied to the market they are written for, and a New Zealand account sits outside some of them. Check the country on your profile and ask support which rewards fit it.
Yabby Casino one-per-household limit
Only one welcome reward is permitted per person and household, so a second try on the same account or address will not appear. Ask support whether the account is flagged.
Five Moves
How do the spins reach my account?
Five moves that take you from an empty account to spins spinning and winnings clearing.
Before verification, after verification
Sign up with the exact name, birth date and address printed on your identity document. Spins without a deposit often wait on a confirmed phone number, so enter a reachable one.
Claim it on the same day
Open the bonus area of your account and pick the offer, or paste its code on the deposit or bonus screen. Activation days are short on some offers, so claim it the same day you register.
Another slot shows no counter
Load the named slot and nothing else; any other game hides the spin counter. Each spin runs at the fixed value of the offer, so your stake is never yours to choose.
Wagering inside the deadline
Winnings arrive as bonus money, so wager the stated amount on slots before the deadline and keep every bet at or under the maximum shown in the terms.
Most worry about spins that vanish or winnings they cannot touch; here both are explained plainly.
trustCan I use these spins on my phone instead of a laptop?+
Every one of these spins runs inside the same browser you use on a desktop, and the app loads the identical slot, so the value and the wagering are unchanged. Mobile play needs a steady connection, since a drop mid-round can leave a spin result unclear. Log in on your phone and the balance shows exactly what the desktop screen shows.
trustWhat happens when I take the no-deposit spins before the welcome pack?+
Nothing overlaps, because the two arrive at different moments. Claim the spins without deposit first, use them on Aztec Magic, then make the NZ$11 deposit that unlocks the PIXEL129 welcome pack. Should you claim the welcome first, the no-deposit route stays open for you as a separate entry.
trustWhere do I go to turn down the spins or their bonus money?+
Winnings from a spin you never play cannot exist, so skipping an offer costs you only the chance. Where winnings have already landed, they sit as bonus money, and support can mark them for removal. Do this before you message about a withdrawal, or the attached wagering will stall the request.
trustWhy can I not withdraw the winnings from my spins?+
Because the money is bonus until wagering clears, a request placed too early is rejected rather than paid. On RUBYTRY25 the ceiling is NZ$50 anyway, and the balance needs a 45x turnover before it converts. Finish the play, then withdraw to any listed method, with verification running up to 18 hours.
trustWhy does the spin value not match what I win?+
That figure is the stake each spin places, not a prize you are owed. A spin worth NZ$0.20 buys one NZ$0.20 round, and over 120 rounds the estimate is NZ$24.00 staked with about NZ$23.04 coming back at 96% RTP. Expecting the value as winnings leads to disappointment.
trustWhere does the licence number behind this casino come from?+
The holder of the licence is Yabby Casino Ltd., a Maltese company at Tower Road, Sliema, with company number C-92371. Gaming is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/B2C/620/2012. Fairness of the games is reviewed by QUINEL and SIQ, and the site runs 128-bit SSL encryption.
Doing the Math
Big spin counts, smaller cash value
Each row multiplies spin count by spin value, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then applies the wagering to that win. Figures are estimates the casino worked out.
Yabby Casino spins never oblige you to keep playing or to put money in. Set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion from your account whenever you want. If play stops feeling like entertainment, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all offer free help.
Loss limits. A cap on what you may lose in a set window, so a rough run cannot run on uncontrolled.
Deposit limits. Fixes the most you can pay in over a period, keeping each session inside the budget you planned.
Self-exclusion. Blocks your access for the period you choose, giving a clear break with no way back in early.
Counting your winnings
Yabby Casino spin winnings, step by step
Here is exactly what your spin winnings pass through before any money reaches your bank.
Account verification before payout
Identity and address are confirmed before the first payout leaves, and the brand allows about 18 hours for that review. Have a photo identification and proof of address ready to upload.
Keep stakes under NZ$6
A stake above NZ$6 while the winnings are still being wagered can void them. Drop your stake back under that line before you spin again.
A 45 day wagering window
Winnings from the deposited spins must be wagered within 45 days, and a shorter window applies to spins without deposit. Diary the end date rather than trusting memory.
Your first withdrawal
Spins without deposit carry a cap of NZ$50 on what can be withdrawn. Anything above that ceiling is removed at the cashier, so plan a modest first withdrawal.
